For partners

Structured peer support, built with the people closest to the work

Todai Health is in beta. Partnership in phase one means referrals into the cohort, co-branded education, and evidence-building — not enterprise deployment, not clinical care. We're looking for a small number of partners willing to build this carefully with us.

Who we partner with

Four kinds of fit

Nonprofits & patient advocacy

Diabetes-focused organizations who want to give their community access to structured peer mentorship during the beta.

Health systems & clinics

Care teams looking to offer their patients between-visit support — referral-based, complementary to clinical care.

Employers & health plans

Future-state collaboration. We're scoping pilots after the consumer beta proves out the model.

Research & advocacy

Academic and policy partners interested in peer mentorship outcomes and AI safety in chronic-illness support.

What we offer in phase one

Three concrete ways to collaborate

Beta referrals

Refer eligible Members to the Todai Health beta. We handle screening, matching, and the full 8-week program.

Co-branded education

Short-form content on between-visits self-management, co-branded with your organization and reviewed together.

Evidence-building

Structured feedback loops and shared learnings from the cohort, so partners see what's working and what's not.

Boundaries

What we won't do

Member safety comes first. These are the lines we won't cross — for any partner, at any stage.

  • Position Todai as a clinical treatment, telehealth provider, or replacement for your care team
  • Promise health outcomes or claim integration with EHRs or external health systems
  • Share Member data with partners without explicit, granular consent
  • Compromise Member safety, scope, or independence to land a partnership
Todai Health gives your community a trained peer for the time between visits — structured, safe, and built with them, not at them.
